1. Services Provided

Grime Scene Cleanup provides power washing services to both residential and commercial customers in Milton and the surrounding area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Residential & Commercial Power Washing of Exterior Surfaces (driveways, walkways, fences, pool deck, patio etc.)

The details of each service and the associated pricing will be provided before the commencement of work.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• To book a consultation, customers must contact us through our provided contact methods (phone, email, or online booking system).
• Service schedule will be decided after the consultation has been completed and prices determined.
• All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email or phone call after consultation.
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit (50% of service price)

3. Pricing and Payment

• The prices for services will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be disclosed before the start of any work.
• Payments for services must be made on the day of the service or as agreed upon in writing.
• A deposit of 50% must be made at least 48 hours after the booking is confirmed. Failure to do so can result in booking cancellation. 
• Payment methods accepted include debit cards, e-transfer, or cash
• If payment is not received within 2 days after completion of services, a late fee of 15% will apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer agrees to provide access to the property and all areas where services are to be rendered.
• Customers are responsible for notifying us of any potential hazards on the property, such as electrical wiring, plumbing, or other risks.
• If any damages or losses occur due to customer negligence or failure to inform us of hazards, Grime Scene Cleanup is not liable for those damages.

The client shall:  

• Have an exterior on-site water spigot activated and accessible.
• Close all windows and doors tightly.
• Turn off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at the breaker box prior to PURGED’s arrival.
• Keep all pets and children inside before and during cleaning.
• Clear work area of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being cleaned including but not limited to: flags, doormats, grills, and vehicles. Failure to do so could result in a $50 delay fee.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• While we take great care in performing our services, Grime Scene Cleanup is not liable for any damages to property caused by pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Grime Scene Cleanup is not responsible for any injury or damage that occurs during or after service due to customer negligence or failure to follow provided guidelines.
• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Grime Scene Cleanup harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Grime Scene Cleanup reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, customers will be notified , refunded or rescheduled at their convenience.
• If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 3 days of service completion. We will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a 50% refund or reservice.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling our services and for communication with you regarding your service request. Photo and video of the service may be taken for our records or marketing purposes. House numbers and street names will not be included in these photo and video recordings.

8. Force Majeure

Grime Scene Cleanup will not be held liable for failure to perform any obligations under these Terms if the failure is due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milton, Ontario.

10. Amendments

Grime Scene Cleanup reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any such amendments.

11.Safety

While Grime Scene Cleanup is on location and performing assigned work, the client is responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as all other individuals abiding/working on the premise away from the work area. Furthermore, client agrees to keep children and pets off the work site for up to 24 hours after work is completed. This is for your safety, as well as our own.

12.Non-Organic Stains

The customer understands that there are some stains that simply cannot be removed by pressure washing alone. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are just a few examples of materials and stains that cannot be removed by conventional means and our standard exterior cleaning services.

13. Window Spotting

Customer understands that in a few rare cases, windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included with any of our services.
